Dr. Rebecca Maxwell
Dr. Rebecca Maxwell founded Trimera Health in 2009.
Dr. Maxwell is a Board- Certified Psychiatrist and United States Army Veteran. Dr. Maxwell received her MD from Baylor College of Medicine in 2000. She then completed residency at the Menniger Department of Psychiatry in 2004 where she received the Outstanding Resident Teacher Award.
In 2017, she graduated from a two-year fellowship in Integrative Medicine at The University of Arizona. Dr. Maxwell is Board Certified in Psychiatry by The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Maxwell has special interests in integrative and lifestyle medicine.
Dr. Rusti Hauge
Dr. Rusti Hauge is a Double Board Certified Psychiatrist with over two decades of experience treating mental health disorders. She received her MD from The University of Oklahoma before completing residency at The Menniger Clinic. She is also Board Certified in Addiction Medicine and takes a thorough and comprehensive approach to treating each individual. Outside of work, Dr. Hauge enjoys spending time with her dogs and martial arts.
Dr. Leah Onoja
Dr. Leah Onoja completed her residency program at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in June 2021. Dr. Onoja strives to empower her patients to make sustainable and positive changes in their lives. To this end, she believes in building a patient-physician relationship of trust and positive regard through an attitude of curiosity and active listening. She takes a holistic view and approach to mental health that includes the pursuit of physical well-being, active community life, a robust social support system, and a sense for meaning and purpose for all of her patients.
Mike Caltzontzint PMHNP
Mike Caltzontzint is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. His interest in mental health began after serving 5 years in the United States Marine Corps. He began to understand the stigma around mental health and its impact on military veterans as well as many Americans in the general population. This led him to pursue a career in nursing. He graduated from The University of Texas with his nursing degree, and returned for his Masters at The UT Health Sciences Center in Houston. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, he is trained and qualified to diagnose and treat various disorders to patients throughout the lifespan. In addition, his personal military experience has contributed to a special interest in treating veterans with PTSD.
Dr. Hillary Smith
"Dr. Hillary Smith is a board certified adult Psychiatrist. She received her medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Shreveport. She completed residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Baton Rouge.
Dr. Smith treats a wide range of psychiatric disorders such as mood disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders and ADHD. In her free time, Dr. Smith enjoys reading, traveling, playing video games, and building Lego sets.
Dr. Eylin Frazier DNP
Dr. Eylin Frazier is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and passionate mental health advocate. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2024.
With over a decade of experience in mental health care, Dr. Frazier has worked in diverse settings, including crisis stabilization and mobile crisis care. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she is trained to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. Dr. Frazier is passionate about leveraging innovative tools to enhance mental health care access and outcomes. Her dedication to addressing mental health challenges began early in her career as she witnessed the profound impact of compassionate care on individuals and their families. Fluent in Spanish, she is dedicated to providing holistic, evidence-based care to meet the unique needs of diverse populations
